We currently deliver across select districts in Haryana and Rajasthan supported by our local showroom network:

• Haryana: Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Faridabad, Gohana, Jhajjar, Kosli, Kaithal, Narnaul, Panipat, Pataudi, Pipli (Kurukshetra), Rewari, Sampla, Sonipat, Barara (Ambala), Jind, Jagadhri (Yamunanagar), and Karnal.

• Rajasthan: Chirawa and Jhunjhunu.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged. The delivery charge is shown before you pay and is added to your order total at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. If the ordered item is out of stock at the primary dispatch hub, stock is transferred from the nearest local showroom to fulfill the order.

Installation and demo

Installation is handled by authorized brand service centers. It is free of cost for select appliances, while certain specialized products or complex setups carry standard charges. Products that typically require professional installation include air conditioners, kitchen chimneys, geysers, and wall-mounted televisions. You can book an installation service directly by calling our support team at +91 92150 23012 or messaging us on WhatsApp.

Large appliances

For heavy appliances—including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and large-screen TVs—delivery is provided directly to your doorstep provided there is adequate lift access or clear passageways up to the ground/first floor. If delivery involves higher floors without elevator access or narrow staircases requiring extra manual labor, additional handling charges may apply.

Customers are required to inspect the exterior packaging and verify the unit for any physical or transit damage alongside the delivery personnel before signing the delivery receipt. For air conditioner installations, standard installation covers core mounting, while extra copper piping, electrical wiring, core cutting, drain extensions, and heavy-duty outdoor unit (ODU) brackets exceed standard scope and will be billed directly by the authorized brand service technician as per standard brand rate cards.

Please check the product for visible damage at the time of delivery and tell the delivery team immediately if anything is wrong.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled directly and must be handled under the return policy upon receipt.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team immediately with your order ID by calling +91 92150 23012 or sending a message via WhatsApp.

For orders cancelled prior to dispatch, the full refund is initiated within 24 to 48 hours and credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Payment methods

• Online: credit cards, debit cards and net banking through Razorpay [CONFIRM: is UPI also enabled in Razorpay?]. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

Prices shown are MRP, inclusive of all taxes (GST). A GST invoice is issued for every purchase.
